New students will start registering at OTC on April 22, 2015.
Before you can register, you will need to complete the following items:
1. Apply for Admission
2. Apply for Financial Aid--www.fafsa.ed.gov
3. Complete online orientation
4. Request your transcripts
5. Take the placement test
6. Attend a Star Seminar and Register for Classes https://www.otc.edu/advising/star.php
7. Make Tuiition Payment Arrangments-MyPay My Way-select option 2 delayed payment
